  Great guest house! Very comfortable and well appointed. Short walk to Main St and to the Lake. We had everything that we would have had at home and much preferred the Latimer House to a hotel stay.   Very. Good location easy walk to both town and nearby beach. We had two rooms both were very comfortable and patio area was nice for sitting outside in sun. Breakfast is available if per booked. Very friendly welcome by owner and available if needed but not at all intrusive.
