  Staff were very helpful in finding a secured spot for parking when I arrived late as this was a weekend in Penticton that gets very busy with families. The rooms were very sound proof giving me a great sleep. Rooms were very clean and more than enough towels. - The room had a full kitchen/sitting area, which we were not expecting.   Great guest house! Very comfortable and well appointed. Short walk to Main St and to the Lake. We had everything that we would have had at home and much preferred the Latimer House to a hotel stay.
