Staff was wonderful, we asked directions and he printed us directions and outlined for us. The room was very comfortable and attractive. Great property, close to public transportation. The public transportation in Vancouver is outstanding. Staff were pleasant and professional, room was clean and nicely decorated, breakfast buffet was terrific. Add to that a fantastic location at the base of the North Shore mountains, not far from the Lion's Gate Bridge - excellent value.
所有评语 » Excellent quality facility. Very close to Grouse Mountain & Capilano Suspension Bridge. Excellent breakfast. Pool small and outside but kids loved it. Good laundry facilities. Certainly recommend it. Excellent value for money, rooms were clean and comfortable good placement to visit the tourist places of Vancouver. Breakfast included and the staff friendly. Will stay here again. Everyone was really helpful// they let us in our room early as we got off the train at 930 am / they even let us have breakfast even though it was over/ it was much appreciated //. comfortable relaxed hotel with superb breakfast, good cooking and storage facilities in room; excellent location downtown vancouver a short busride away buses every 10 mins or so. Great value, clean, helpful staff and a quiet place to relax or to rest. We enjoyed the daily breakfast very much. It made life easier to start our day with our young children. Perfect Location, near Grouse Mountain, Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, Stanley Park, Overlooking the city. It has a refrigerator and free breakfast. This hotel is fairly convenient to the Lion's Gate hospital and close to the Lion's Gate bridge to Vancouver. It also provides a breakfast. Close & convenient. Excellent value for the money. I got what I think I should have got for the money I spent. Location excellent to visit downtown but very quiet. Public transport takes you to main Vancouver sites. Closeness to Capilano Suspension Bridge. Closeness to shops, fast food... Rooms modern and clean. New and bright coloured bedding added a lot and the room looked quite inviting. This motel was clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was good. spacious room very good hot breakfast friendly staff good value. We liked the location and that was our main reason for choosing this hotel. It isn't fancy, but it is close to the activities we wanted to enjoy. Great location, not too crowded area but easy access to Vancouver downtown and mountains. The only thing i didn`t like was to be told it was near the via rail station when it was in the North end of the city // which cost us alot more for a cab //. nothing. The lack of long term-stay rate, the loyal customers need to be rewarded by providing better rate for longer stay. small room, more a motel than a hotel. Nothing I really didn't like. Staff couldn't find us a kettle that should have been in the room. The WiFi was slow / non-existent. Room for breakfast was small, we had to eat outside in the rain. Very noisy late arrivals that ran up and down the walkway above us. No problems. not enough towels /shampoo for a party of 4 would be nice to have heavier blanket (as an option). Nothing to dislike. Breakfast choices hot food not hot. Not only they charged me in advance in CAN dollars in my US dollars account but didn´t make me the discount for AAA members. The staff didn´t seem to cared about as long I had already paid. The hotel was old and the breakfast left much to desire. I´ve had been to better motels. . very poor breakfast. Rooms were noisy and the hot breakfast was sub-par. Room attendants lacked consistency - only had complimentary water one night out of 6, cups were only replaced once so I had to go to front desk for replacements and those were glass ones from dining room which we kept in refrigerator so they didn't get taken. Overall, it was passable but wouldn't recommend this hotel for a person seeking a resort. Location is best asset. Could have been cleaner. Parking was tight A bit pricey for the calibre of hotel - to our minds it is actually a motel. beds were too soft for my liking. Carpet not clean enough. Staff at reception. Did not get wake up call that we requested on two occasions. Also 100 dollars debited to my Credit card that was not explained or agreed and is still not resolved at time of this survey. shortage of towels and shampoos. The heater's not working properly. The room stinks. :(. The location of my room, 10 ft from a busy road. The front desk clerk at check in. I had to change my reservation, and he used the term"No-show", in my opinion unacceptable, because it's untrue. I would not subject myself again to such treatment. There were only 2 towels for 4 personns> the refrigirator didn't work and was full of towels to retain all the leaking water in it. Breakfast is very poor and ther is not enough place to seat and eat in a correct way.Very poor place. I won´t be back again.
