My husband and I stayed at the pinnacle for our two year anniversary. It was amazing as we've stayed at a few hotels downtown in the past. Best experience. We would love to come back in September for a date night as we have two children and as many know its nice to just get away for the night. We live in burnaby so it's not too far from home but far enough. I can't rave enough about the pinnacle and recommend it to all my family & friends:-).
所有评语 » The Hotel is located by the Lonsdale Quay and the very regular sea bus across to Vancouver. The accommodation was very good, quiet away from the noise of the city. There is a very good market nearby for food and other goods. A range of restaurants can be found over the road from the hotel. There a bus terminus in the same area for buses into West Vancouver and around North Vancouver and the city. The hotel staff were very helpful. I really liked the design and north shore location of this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the linen quality excellent. Also appreciated the fridge and mini-bar and the up to date coffee maker. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located next to Lonsdale Quay shopping and restaurants. We loved staying at the Pinnacle and the restaurant food was delicious. As we were only there 2 nights to attend a funeral we didn't get a chance to do any sight seeing, etc. If we travel to North Vancouver again we would definitely stay at the Pinnacle. Loved the Harbour view. Quiet for a some what down town hotel in Vancouver. No banging of doors in the middle of the night. Very presentable all around. Second year of staying here as we participated in the Sun Run. Great pool and etc. Great access to downtown Vancouver and the Sun Run. Love the location fabulous views across the waterfront relaxing but with easy access to downtown Vancouver. Haven't eaten at the hotel but great restaurants and pubs nearby. Used the pool on our previous stay and enjoyed that. Helpful friendly staff. I already stayed in 2011 in the same hotel. It's always nice and with a great view of Vancouver downtown at the other side of the channel. Breakfast is a little bit expensive but quality and service is great. At 5 minutes walk from Sea Bus station. Quiet, comfortable, restful rooms. The cleanning staff were personable, courteous and efficient. The proximity of the hotel to transit opportunities, restaurants and outdoor concerts was as a plus. Fantastic location. Loved North Vancouver, much moreso than downtown. But this hotel is right next to the sea bus so you are never far from anything. Room was v. spacious and the view was great. For us the location was very convenient, located next to Sea Bus. The Quayside Market was a trendy place to be. We were visiting a famiy member at the marina so it suited our needs very nicely. clean quiet place with a great pool designed for lengths + good exercise equipment. Location great for visits to North Van. also easy access to downtown via the Seabus. The view of the Bay and Vancouver. The location was close to many restaurants. The room was well equipped and well furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very stylish and comfortable, excellent quality bedding. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff, mostly. Well-appointed fitness centre with very long swimming pool. I enjoy the simple yet elegant design in the hotel, comfort of the room and spa, swimming pool plus fitness centre amenities. It felt like a very expensive resort. The finishings on the the room were very well done and the quality seemed fantastic. Loved the design of the romms, balcony and easy access to downtown Van as well as shopping around the hotel. Loved the easy ferry and views of Vancouver!! We still talk about the 3 foot elevator ride! Very fun. We were only there for one night for a wedding we attended that was held there. But we really liked it. It is in a beautiful area, well located, great views, excellent staff, comfortable beds and clean. Easy to get to. Super location. Wonderful view. Great facilities for exercise including classes. AND, the front entrance is a bit tricky to find. Not a thing--I've stayed at many hotels in the downtown area over 20 years and I like this the best. Nothing. wifi connection in the room on my mobile phone and laptop was not that great. I think it should be powered a little bit. Can't think of a thing!. the cleaning staff were too eager to get in and do their job!!. We did not like paying $4 for two slices of toast and $4 for a cup of coffee. The prices are outlandish here so unless you're on an expense account go somewhere else. Hotel somewhat rigid when we extended our stay. That is the only thing I could even begin to criticize. no plastic shower cup in the room :(. The hotel was great. Rain made it difficult to get to cruise shop east of the main terminal but oh we'll. I don't like when you spend quite a bit on a room and then still have to pay for parking. I didn't like that the bathroom doors don't lock and that you can see in the shower from the room. Paying for parking. I wanted to make a change with my nephew for his wedding night. One staff appreciated what I was trying to do and another staff would not work with us and make it happen. Otherwise, we loved the hotel and would recommend it and return for sure. Ongoing construction in the resturant area. Coffee wasn't ready at 6 am downstairs. there is no area that i was not please with. Nothing - all good. Paying to park. N/A. nothing. I would prefer to have been downtown Vancouver. nothing to mention. Restaurant food was mediocre. Signage from sea bus not good. Not allowing even an hour late check out and insisting on charging a half-day.
