We stayed in room 304 for two nights and absolutely loved it. The room was very big, spacious, quaint and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was huge with a full tub/shower (wish I had a big bathroom like this at home). We were able to see most of the other rooms and each one was decorated individually and were all cheerful and beautiful. The rooms were very clean (a+). The bathroom had really plush towels and nice bathroom amenities. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with all of our.
所有评语 » Everything. The energy of peace, space, comfort and luxury. The joy of being between walls with a soul and a history. It was so clean and crisp. The convenience of little things to eat or drink if needed. Being back in time and yet, just in the middle of all the life happening in the old port. It reflects the sweetness and caring of the owners. Thank you. I also loved the way that we had a letter at the door and felt special like coming home. The staff was absolutely lovely! The room was huge and had one of the best bathrooms I've seen in quite a while. They provide coffee, tea, and fruit in the room for your enjoyment. Along with that, there was very fairly priced snacks/breakfasts foods. The location in Old Montreal is wonderful. I would stay here again, I'd just sign up for a different room. I liked that the hotel is over 150 years old and has the ambiance to suit. If you drive there just park the car because everything is in walking distance. The staff is beyond good they are sweet and helpful and helped us find places to explore. Loved our stay and I will return, we didn't get enough of that wonderful city. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for out stay in Old Montreal. My husband and I stayed here for the night on our 10th wedding anniversary. It was very roomy, cozy and clean. It's central to everything and located in the heart of Old Montreal. The staff was super friendly. There were fresh croissants in the morning. The Hotel has an excellent location in Old Montreal -- near restaurants and shops -- and the staff - though only there during the day -- was pleasant and helpful. The Staff was extremely nice and helpful, location was really good as well, right in the heart of Old Montreal across the Port and near public transportation. Nothing our stay couldn't have been nicer, and the people of Montreal are wonderful hosts, I couldn't speak french but that didn't matter at every turn we were treated with open arms. I have no complaints with this hotel -- if you pack heavy, getting the luggage up and down the stairs could be an issue - but the hotel clearly states that there is no elevators. Also, I enjoyed the city noises outside the window at night -- our room faced the street -- but someone else may not appreciate them (so they'd might want to opt for a room in the back). liked everything, will tell all my friends to stay here. If you are a senior, as I am, having no elevator was difficult for me; however, all the good things much outweighed this single problem. Nothing. Maybe the room could have had a reading light/ standard lamp. Only a small point. while bed area of the room was quaint & reflected history of the building, rest of the room quite modern so some disconnect in the décor; bathroom open to the room. close to freight railway line. It was a bit of a walk from the metro and the sign is very small and easy to miss. No parking, no elevator, no breakfast offered. It is an old style hotel with a lot of history and probably a great choice for those who are tired of modern style hotels. Parking was bad, there web site should have a map of the area parking garages for their customers, it would of made the checking in part much easier. I wish they had a continental breakfast available, the things in the room were available to buy but not worth the hassle. Nothing of importance, just personal preferences such as a softer bed. Our stay was quite satisfying and enjoyable!. No complaints!. N/A. Nothing. There wasn't even enough hot water to run a bath. I didn't think it would be an issue as you would expect a hotel to have enough hot water for their guests, so I left it running for a few minutes, when I came back it was running completely cold so I had to bathe with cold water, not fun!!. Early morning noise in the alley but this typical of many downtown hotels. The emergency exit from the room was not marked, we discovered that it was what we thought was a closet. Upon investigation we found the were piles of rubbish at the bottom of the emergency exit stairwell. Very little - remember it is not a hotel, it's a B&B. everything was great. this room was not air conditioned. had a small overhead unit that was not blowing well so we were very warm all night on May 7... slept poorly and tired the next day of our trip. can't imagine how that would be in July or August!. At hotels in the US one expects to see a person at the front desk upon arrival. At this hotel the person available was not on site which caused only a slight problem. Just might have been helpful to know this ahead. Also the 5:30 wake up by the train was only a small inconvenience. Overall great spot. no lift to 3rd floor. The shower needs a soap tray; The room needs upgraded and more furniture to justify the very large space, the television signal was sometimes weak, leading to blurred picture. Nothing. Lots of noise comming from the other room. Staff could have been friendlier, could have been a language barrier. Fruit or muffin in room would have been nice touch.
