The hotel is small and beautifully decorated, with a very friendly staff. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious. The restaurant is intimate and nicely laid out. The desk staff gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions for dinner and dessert, and were a great help with giving directions. Excellent location in old-town. Easy access from port for cruise-ship passengers - you can walk and avoid the taxi queues!! Restaurant was recommended to us by a couple we met at another restaurant and it was very good, but best to make a booking as it is very popular.

The staff definitely made our 1 night an excellent experience. We liked everything. No coffee machine in rooms. No negative comments!!. The lack of tea / coffee in the room. Only getting a free bottle of water on our arrival day and no subsequent complementary water. Service a little slow at restaurant. instructions for wi-fi password and for TV channels in booklet for guests need updating. Outdoor terrace was a bit more rustic than I expected. No fridge in room. no room service - slow service in restaurant. Needs a little extra to make it worth the high price tag. The restaurant, while excellent, offered only fine dining with hefty prices.A burger or sandwich option would be nice.
