Good room for the money. Clean.
The location was best for our overnight stay. That was the reason for the choice of motel.
Our room looked like it had been refurbished and as such was not bad.
convenience and price.

received wake up call as asked for. it was the closest place to Ilderton horse show.
There was loud music blaring until 11 pm on a Tuesday night. Not great for those who needed a room for a good nights sleep.

The couple we were travelling with had a room that should be closed until it is redone. It was in terrible shape and as the person who booked the rooms I felt bad for them. The paint was peeling , there had been a lot of water stains on the walls and ceiling.
dated furnishings and poor quality air conditioning.
It was cold in the room.
Wall's very thin could hear people talking in there room down the hall. Did not serve breakfast at restaurant.
Embarrsed taking my wife there false picture on main avertising screen walls were marked with chair rubbings baseboards needed painting,some parts bare tv ancient,stand grubby door had peeling veneer since coming from out of town, had no choice but to stay there for if canceled,no refund if I had seen the room before booking would have left.
Wrecked tiles on ceiling from a roof leak, hole in the wall from door knob,very dated pink and black tiled bathroom. I had read someones review saying it had been renovated. (No it was not). Entry smelled like smoke. Interior door needs a chain look and some kind of seal (could see light coming though side and top of door. No alarm clock , so we slept in. Pillows were hard as rocks.
my son & I were booked for 2 nights -attending horse show close by. when we returned on 2nd night - beds weren't made up - no clean towels - when we complained to mgr he said maid must have forgot. no apology! mgr offered two clean towels when we complained towels weren't replaced. one bed - bottom sheet was clean but stained. strong curry smell in room. dust/dirt in corners.
