  I had a standard queen room. It was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and cleaned each day. The staff were very nice and helpful when needed. Also great location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The eating facility for breakfast was good too.

  Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel. Staff were very friendly, the pool is opened till the last person leaves and they have a nice big open space for families and sports teams to gather for dinners and drinks.   this is a really beautifully restored older hotel in the middle of a small city. the staff asre really helpful and informative. the decor is lovely, and they include so many amenities. before you arrive they turn on the lights and have the local tv chanel with soft music on as well. they include a full menu sitdown served breakfast as well, an... 别人怎么说 » d believe it or not, you can phone anywhere in the world for free!!! i loved it!! - Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

  The hotel's location is good, for a stopover on the way to Whistler from Jasper. The design of the hotel was very pleasant and it was comfortable and clean. - I love the fenced pet-run you have on locaqtion and your staff was very sweet with my Golden Retriever and spoiled him with treats and affections!
