This small Inn offered everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. It was very clean, quiet,had a great bed and free Wi-fi. We were only staying over the one night and arrived late but were treated so well. Because we have a need to be in Kamloops occasionally we will now only use this for our stay. Excellent value for one's money too. 5 out of 5 from us!!!. Handy to the TransCanada Highway & many fast food restaurants. Room was clean & air conditioned, although the air conditioner was noisy, but it was a relief from the heat of the day. Staff very pleasant and helpful in the office.
所有评语 » The staff were helpful and understanding when we had to postpone our arrival due to us being stranded by weather conditions. And were willing to move us into another unit to avoid road noise. Although we did not use it the pool was clean. the staff were very friendly and considerate. rooms were clean and beds very comfy. noise level from the highway was not noticable. also close to a good diner and fast food places. breakfast was minimal and coffee good. the girls at the front desk were pleasant and friendly.rooms were clean and very nice.hot tub and pool area were clean as well. Clean room, comfortable bed. Wifi was excellent. Very basic room just what I was looking for. Room comfortable and clean. Lots of take away food places in walking distance. Good price. Very nice renos, clean, friendly staff...what more could you want. It was clean , and the staff were very friendly and attentive . The motel was convenient, clean and affordable. Great value for money staff very good. Nice indoor pool with hot tub. That it was smoker friendly. Convenient location. Staff. The pool and hot tub. the staff was great. Owners on site. Indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was nice. Price was right. The location was good and the facility was pet friendly. The staff were friendly. Price point. Lots of noise from the highway & trains. Breakfast really skimpy. The proximity to a major road and units a little dated but still clean and good value for money. only downside was the taps on the sinks in both rooms we had were very hard to pull up to turn on. in fact our sink even lifted when we pulled the tap. new taps would fix all that. i booked a smoking room and recieved a non smoking room.was booked in a room already occupied but it was corrected right away with no problem.other guests were partyiing outside thier rooms late.The male at the front desk was a little snitty but not a big deal. Slim pickings for breakfast included. Close to busy roa, had some noisy guests nearby. Breakfast is sparse. The Breakfast Room was very small and was overloaded with only 6 people in the room . Breakfast could have a little more vriety. Bit noisey (due to highway traffic). Breakfast was only cereal and old toast. Could have used a waffle maker. Not on GPS. Old style TV. Breakfast was served too late so we did not get it. I booked because of the free breakfast. No hairdryer Proximity to train track with many trains going by at night Bathroom needed updating. Every time we stay here we get put into rooms that face the tch as well as the railway line just beyond it. Lots of train traffic overnight and, this time, construction equipment getting moved past our windows during the night (beyond the hotel's control). Just remember to request a room away from the highway side. Hot tub Luke warm. Pool stone cold could not swim in it. Really disappointed as it was 32 degrees Celsius that day. Room was cold even with heat turned up. 2 spiders were crawling on the bed. No ashtray in A smoking room, had to use a coffee mug. Fluorescent bulbs were expired, dim and flickered. Very irritating. Room was cold entering but did warmup. Should be more sound proofing on road side of building. Heard trains pasing all night. Air conditioning filter was plugged. Had to clean the filter out myself in order to get it to work properly. There should be more varieties for breakfast. This Hotel has no one that can fix small plumbing problems so one of the rooms had a toilet that nearly flowed over and the other room where the shower filled up with about five inches of water during a 10 minute shower due to them not cleaning out their drains should be standard practice to do that once a week in a hotel setting. two minutes of work. The room was small and out of date. It was pricey for what it was. The rooms were very old, smelt of smoke, run down, holes in the walls. Definitely need some renovations. Carpet On stairs to second level were very dirty and need replacing. The guest that stayed that night (many of them came together) were low life rotten people. We were concerned very much about the safety of all others staying there including ourselves. Bed was not comfortable.
