Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros. Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building itself has a great history. Walking the cobbled streets around the old center, there is much to see. We ate dinner both nights in the Hebros restaurant and both enjoyed our choices. Breakfast is also nicely served and delicious. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Traveling through Bulgaria by car, we h.
所有评语 » very good chef...the food is esquisite and... cheap! near to world class atractions: Nebet Tebe - a fortress from Troya times ..well preserved, the old city with interesting renovated houses and the ancient theatre...very good preserved. Also visit the near by atraction: thracian complex in Starosel and also for the rose fields,"The door of the goddess"-megalits temple from Buzovgrad,Stara Zagora regional museum and specially Kazanluk just 100 km away (see the thracian magnificent tombs and ea. The hotel is nicely situated in the labyrinth of streets that is the Old town of Plovdiv. Beautiful, relaxing place which gives you the feeling of times long gone. Once you get to the old town, it's fairly easy to find the hotel by following the signs. Everything interesting in Plovdiv is within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is at the same level, if not better. Very good value for money and polite, even friendly staff (hard to find in Bulgaria). The Hotel is awesome! Very stylish! Every detail is antique and is quite fit into the whole atmosphere of the old part of Plovdiv! Cuisine is quite good and comprehensive (excluding breakfast). The atmosphere is nice and family. Personnel is nice. Inside in yard is full of green. As for dinner I'd recommend Paldin restaurant which is a few steps away - meal there is worthy. The room the staff and the restaurant were out standing. The location was right in the cobbled street of the old town. The hotel arranged the transfer from Sofia airport perfect.Breakfast was amaizing meats pancakes cheese eggs 2 ways pastries and fresh fruit 100% reccomend. Wine choice fab too evening meal fine dinning. The antique appointments throughout the property and the historical signifcance of the property are truly outstanding. The kitchen is superb! The staff were above and beyond in providing both excellent service and excellent information on points of interest. All in all a delightful experience!. Home excellent. Creaky floor, but it is not a huge disadvantage. Only small minus no kettle in the room. Because of the nature of the neighborhood the property was difficult to find. Nothing really. Handhold shower. The hotel was a bit hard to access by car. Suite/Apartment doesn't have a couch. May have just been the room that we were in... Very difficult to reach by car has equipment only for maximum 4 star hotel. scarce privacy historical facilities, charming but no functional.
