Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros. Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building itself has a great history. Walking the cobbled streets around the old center, there is much to see. We ate dinner both nights in the Hebros restaurant and both enjoyed our choices. The hotel is nicely situated in the labyrinth of streets that is the Old town of Plovdiv. Beautiful, relaxing place which gives you the feeling of times long gone. Once you get to the old town, it's fairly easy to find the hotel by following the signs. Everything interesting in Plovdiv is within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is at the same level, if not better. Very good value for money and polite, even friendly staff (hard to find in Bulgaria). The Hotel is awesome! Very stylish! Every detail is antique and is quite fit into the whole atmosphere of the old part of Plovdiv! Cuisine is quite good and comprehensive (excluding breakfast). The atmosphere is nice and family.
