  Hotel Veraneio is walking distance from the airport. The member of staff on (24-hour) reception spoke good English, having once lived in London.   We walked through the whole Porto de Galinhas beach and this one is definitely the best hotel there. The pools are great. Delicious breakfast, food and drinks. Perfect on beach placement.   The host at Lenda das Aguas, Libya was amazing. Her English was great (which is rare in Brazil) and she helped my tourist planning not only for Noronha, but for my subsequent location.   The hotel is very clean with ceramic floors and has no mold which is a plus for someone that suffers from severe allergies like I do.   The place was very clean and organized when we arrived, with the room nicely decorated. Our room was free of mosquitoes/flies (if you go to Noronha, you will understand how important this is!).
