Breakfast was pretty decent, not exceptional. The room was spacious and had TV DVD and a heater. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and new. The staff was solicit, but I didn't stay long enough to need any services. The city itself is the attraction and after a tiring day climbing Sun Island, you can come back and have a nice rest. The staff was so amazing! So young, friendly and would try and speak English with us. We loved the hammocks that over looked lake titicaca! It was so peaceful! And there was two kitties and a dog that roamed around the ground which was so cute.
所有评语 » Beautiful setting with views over Lake Titikaka. Comfortable rooms, very private. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a laundry service which was brilliant at low cost. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect...2 minutes to the main shopping part of town yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Great localization (Copacabana is a small town, you can walk easily). Big bedrom, privacy, great view. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. The staff was really friendly and helpful all the time. I could see the Titicacasea out of my bed( choose one with a view!) thanx !!!. Clean. Efficient staff. Working wifi. Use of dvd player and movies in room. Breakfast of egg, fruit, bread, juice, hot drinks. helpful in a difficult situation (strike in Copacabana) clean and comfortable room leisure in a garden with a beautiful view. The Hotel is very well situated above the town and has excellent views of the lake. Very pleasant staff. Relaxing outdoor social area with deck chairs and hammocks overlooking the lake. Nice view from the garden ,good breakfast. Location was a little tiring considering Copacabana is 4000m over sea level. You gotta climb a small hill on the way to your hotel. Besides that, it's the only thing I could remember. The room also had lot of spiders. So girls, beware. I defended myself with a Holy Bible. Total amount of dead spiders: 3. Also, in the end, considering other hotels in Copacabana, this one is FAR over the average price, that would be 40-80 BOL.. I paid over 300 BOL. The room was kind of cold and in the first room we had a heater. However the chill of the room from all the natural stone, wouldn't keep us away, and we even extended our stay and they were very accommodating!. Be prepared for steep hill up to entrance, not easy at high altitude. Room was slightly on the cool side. A rug on the floor would help that. Quite a pious attitude in notices around rooms. Shower worked but temperamental. nothing because I had a room with a view to the Titicaca Lake. The double bed in the suite is not really big enough and needs a new mattress. I would suggest replacing it with a queen size bed. Bit cold. Showers don't drain properly in all Bolivia No heating. not enough water in the shower (for my wife). nothing. Solar powered showers which are a bit temperamental and the rooms are cold at night. Water in the accommodation was pretty cold, when we complained about it we were told by the owner that it depends what is your expectation about water being hot.Well the water was really cold.
