The location is on the water and out of the town centre which meant it was quieter Lovely hotel design - will be great once the hotel's finished There is a TV but no signal however we borrowed DVDs from reception The eggs at breakfast were good There is potential for a good restaurant at the hotel as the others in the town are terrible. Apparently the chef and barman are away training The hotel has great potential and the fact it is still very much a building site didn't affect us at all.

Deliciousl breakfast, the best out of all hotels I stayed in South America. Impressive customer service. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and super helpful with everything. He goes an extra mile for every guest. The hotel has got the reputation of the best in Copacabana and I totally agree. My reservation was for a night ,stayed four . The location a view of Copacabana and the lake from the most comfortable bed i have slept in while traveling for two months in South America, the room cant be beat in copacabana the best . The staff Carlos thank you for making me feel welcome and your help my pc and the pizza. I shall return on my next trip to Bolivia. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, the most friendly I encountered in Bolivia. The hotel is quite new and the second section is still under construction; however, the view of lake titicaca from the room was fantastic. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the centre of town and is peaceful at night. The breakfast was also one of best I had in a Bolivian hotel. We stayed in room 4, which was a two level apartment. The views were amazing from every angle. There was nothing better than watching the sunset over the lake from our sofa. The beds are very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Carlos, the manager, is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also a treat. For the price and location the room was luxurious. The 'wrap around' windows at the front of the room gave panoramic views of Lake Titicaca 100 metres away (even from the bed). The owner was attentive and service was good. The staff is very good, helped with anything we asked made are stay enjoyable, would come back. The hotel was under renovations so some things were not up to par yet but got for a cheaper price gave us the best room. The manager Carlos was friendly, helpful, thoughtful and reliable in an o u t s t a n d i n g way in an extremely difficult situation ( a strike in Copacabana). great breakfast beautiful location fantastic view. The room was very nice, the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a personal taxi driver who was excellent as the hotel is slightly away from main area but worth it for the views. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful - with everything you might need. The views from every single room are also lovely - you can enjoy the sunset over lake every day. The beautifull view over the lake and being a short walk out of the town away from noise (barking dogs) Friendly staff and extremely helpfull manager who couldnt do enought. When the hotel is finish from construction, it will be the best place to stay in Copacobana. Nice new property, excellent views of Lake Titticaca, Staff very helpful and friendly. Very beautiful view of the titicaca lake. The owner is fantastic, he goes out of his way to help however he can and speaks excellent English. When the TV was down, he loaned us his collection of movies. Rooms have nice view of lake. Pretty good breakfast. Friendly staff; located on the lake; modern and comfortable;. The water was only warm and the water pressure low. The receptionst advised to shower between 8-5 to avoid the problem but at 9 it was still a problem. I showered but my boyfriend couldn't face it being luke warm. That was not able stay longer!. The water pressure in the bathroom could be better, and slightly hotter. A fresh lick of paint and a couple of finishing touches in the next stage will make the transformation complete. Very minor problem just under kilometre into town to restuarants, and taxis seem to stop running at 9 pm. The water was cold second day but the hotel was not finished so was understandable. nothing. Didn't accept visa only cash and also it got quite cold in Copacabana at night and there was no heater in the room so it got quite cold at night, however during the day it was warm. The hotel is right in front of the beach, but it is half a kilometer from a copacbana center - if you are not up for some walkig then this hotel is not for you. Breakfast was poor, really fancy spar shower but hardly any hot water. Room cold unless you use the noisy fan heater. Power cut across whole of town so couldn't make most of power shower! It was across town so beyond Onkel control they still managed to pull out a good breakfast. Hotel still yet to be complete, signs of construction about. Rooms can be cold. Bit fare from the main street (10min walkin). Almost all the hotels,shops, and restaurants are located in the same area. This hotel is a 15-20min walk from everything. Water doesn't get past warm. Two thirds of the hotel is still under construction. First floor room had a spider problem. I killed at least a dozen on the walls. Second floor room was better but had some other bugs. Wifi works but Internet and TV are usually down. Owner says that all of Copacabana is this way, which may be true. Hotel still under construction;.
