  I'm normally sceptical about ratings from other people & this place has a very high score - but I agree with the majority. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest. The bed is among the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel. Rooms spotless, WiFi is excellent and always works. No complaints about this hotel. In fact it is so good I have arranged for all my travel to Belgium to be based there.
