The village of Gosau is centrally placed for day trips to other are - Gosau is a wonderful and quiet countryside village with breathtaking mountains sorrounded. The apartmant was just perfect with all the necessary equipments, well-placed, quiet and clean. The host was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed staying there very much, went back home really relaxed and would definitely go back if we were in the neighbourhood next time.

There are many options for hiking, - 1. Mr. and Mrs. Herridge were two very friendly British people and can speak both English and German. They were helpful with our travelling plans and offered very good service. 2. The appartment was big, clean, well furnitured and warm in winter. 3. From the bedroom we had a very good sight of the Alps. 4. Covenient traffic: the Bahnhof is only 5 minutes away and trains connect Hallstatt and other beautiful towns. City centre is also very near where you have everything.

  We stayed two days in a very pleasant hotel. Room was huge, very comfortable and very clean. Nice restaurant for dinner & rich Breakfast buffet. Above all, the couple’s running the place are extremely nice as can be and would do anything possible to please & help. Wolfgang even went out of his way to help us book tickets to the railway train & gave us recommendations on where to go on rainy days, which was much needed with a 2.5 yr old toddler in tow. Our room was very clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped. There was a good selection at that buffet breakfast as well as a big collection of toys in the children's corner which kept our toddler very happy.

  Great location in the countryside and very nice accommodation. Excellent value for money. Ingrid our hostess was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
