  The proximity to everything in the city was fantastic ... easy walking to most of the sites. The staff were First Class and extremely polite and helpful. Every restaurant and entertainment recommendation made to us was without fault. Hotel was warm and most comfortable.   Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.   I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.
