Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! The interior is even more interesting then at the pictures, the design is on all details, the distantion is wonderful! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!

We were close to the purple line underground and we were to a walking distance of Stephanplatz. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of fruits, good variety of cold meat, cheese, vegetables, jams. Excellent coffees. They would prepare eggs the way you wanted them. They had Viennese pastries, yogurt, juices etc..... The personnel were always smiling and helping you with any request. We asked that they booked restaurants on 2 occasions and we really enjoyed their pick. We would definetely return
