The manager was a very accommodating man. The location is perfect for getting around the city and near the airport if you are flying in. The apartment was very clean with all new appliances, cable, and wifi. I stayed for one night with a group of co workers and this was by far the best deal in town!. This apartment was very clean, bedrooms were rather small, but beds were most comfortable. The location was outstanding, just one block from the U-Bahn and two from the Strassenbahn! It made getting around Vienna very easy and inexpensive. Manager of the property was very accommodating.
所有评语 » Fabulously situated in the quiet Josefstadt area which is a couple of blocks off the Ringstrasse, but very quiet area with a scattering of very nice restaurants. We walked to everywhere from here. Modern, clean, very minimal interior - everything is white!. Very friendly and helpful owner who personally welcomed us and helped in the checking in process patiently. Location was very central with underground station just 100mts down the road. Apartment is spacious, clean and has all amenities. Our stay in Vienna was unforgettable, we enjoyed the stunning architecture, the beautiful parks and castles, the cleanliness of the city as well as the outstanding Mozart performance in Musikverein. We will definitely come back. Large and spacious apartment, clean as it was newly refurbished. Location is also very good, convenient for walking and also close to the metro station. A few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The location is excellent, close to the Mayor Place and walking distance to the Hofburg Palace. Ideal to use public transport to visit the city. Convenient lift for elderly people and luggage. This was great location! Appartments with high quality, well designed. I recomend for families with children. Owner was thoughtful to have electric fans available for use in the summer months. The absolute ONLY downfall is the creakiness when you walk on the floor at night when everyone is asleep. For the two couples traveling together, there were no negatives to using this apartment. We think maybe we were one of the first few people to rent this actual apartment. It lacks many things. One bedroom has no cupboard, or chest of drawers. Kitchen cupboards are way too sparse.. A fabulous shower in the bathroom but nowhere to put your shampoos etc.,!!. The beds while are comfortable, is a bit creaky... The apartment needs to be renovated. Only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms is not enough with 8 people. A welcome pack would be an asset to anyone arriving late at night as shops close early in Vienna. As no toiletries or kitchen requirements i.e salt and pepper coffee.. no daily maid service of any type no air conditioning and only one fan for the three rooms. The electrics need a bit of work and there was building work across the street starting at early hours. The [second] sofa in the living room got to condition when it should be either removed or replaced. Hard to find from the outside. no air-con so windows open in summer - quite noisy from street traffic... There was some street noise. I waited 20 minutes to get the keys of apartment. No place for coats in the lobby. We hanged our coats and jackets on the window! The wooden floor is totally loose and it make unbearable noise when you walk. Beds were soft.
