  It is an older hotel but very well maintained and "made up", and the staff are helpful. The attached restaurant is excellent although a little expensive, and this makes for a very good night out. So, we loved that the resort offered activities that allowed us to have fun, and relax, as a family e.g. fantastic playground, pools, tennis court, beach, DVD player, iPod/iPhone music stereo, to name a few. Staying at Magenta Shores Resort exceeded our expectatio - Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant. The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.

I looked at a few places & was so annoyed they were all charging $80-$100 rather than the $50 TLH were offering. When i got to the TLH, staff were fantastic and helpful, showed me to my room and i was pleasantly surprised by how good the rooms were, much better than the more expensive ones i looked at. Enjoyed my stay :)
