It is an older hotel but very well maintained and "made up", and the staff are helpful. The attached restaurant is excellent although a little expensive, and this makes for a very good night out. The sunrise is to die for, and the sound of the surf as well. We had a ground floor unit which was very roomy & comfortable. It was great to be so close to the beach as we were able to have a lovely walk in the evening and again in the morning. We ordered breakfast which arrived on time and hot. Very nice.
所有评语 » We loved the views and the relaxing time while staying at your motel. It was a good price for the couple of days but it would be quiet expensive for a week. The rating is hard as our room was basic sorry but we enjoyed our stay. Great relaxing view, only short walk to town and other restaurants along shore, restaurant on site - closed first day we were there (Sunday night) but we stayed for a few nights , close to ocean baths. We stayed in a spa room on the top floor. View was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful with requests and was really value for money. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice night in. The friendly staff at the onset. The view and location was great. The spa on the balcony was a lot of fun to watch the sunrise and sunset and easy to use and comfortable to relax and enjoy. We loved the view from our room. It was convenient and close to town. It was also clean and neatly set out. I also liked the soap dispensers in the bathroom, they are a great idea. The position was right on the beach and some of the rooms have beautiful ocean views. Quite close to the centre of town and the bowls club which had a great buffet dinner. so relax nice view its worth it and had nice walking n enjoy my day down street and came back relax more and also hot tub was so awesome love it keep up good work. The extremely friendly staff, the facilities, the spa bath, the awesome view from the balcony, comfy bed, DVD player came with room and delicious breakfast. The rooms were such a great size. The kitchenette was very handy. The friendliness from the owners (i met 2 lots) were both outstanding. Me and my Partner just loved the view every morning we woke up didn't want to leave will definitely be back in August for the Uke feast. Position on the beach. Foxtel channels. DVD hire. Outdoor seats on balcony. the location is brilliant - perfect; i loved the shampoo and soap pumps provided int he shower and the bathoom- great idea. 1. Friendly, courteous staff. 2. Good sized room, helpful staff changed our room when we wanted twin not double, view of ocean, pleasant location, quiet. the location was fantastic, views to die for and within easy walk to everything and the staff were lovely. Ocean view. Comfy bed. We dined in the restaurant and found it very good. Enjoyed the breakfasts. The view was fabulous. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on the balcony enjoying the view. The view was great staff helpful especially the cleaners whom helped me with my luggage. A great position looking out onto the ocean, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Everything about the motel is excellent. Easy access, comfort and beach location. The ocean views were fantastic and within easy walking distance to the esplanade. The view was amazing!! The beach is lit up at night, and this attracts teenagers who are having their first stay up for the whole night. The front decks are excellent, but if people sit out on the deck to the early morning, the sound carries. Being Sunday we didn't realise the resturant wouldn't be open and the hike downdown was a bit of a bind especially as we had had a very busy day. Walking back was even harder. Had this been made more obvious to us we would have sorted out some self catering beforehand. If we visited again I would ask for a level 3 room and take a meal with us. I didnt like the idea of walking up and down stairs and be open to the carpark which I seen as a security risk being at the bottom of the motel and away from easy exits. We had someone trying to open our door late into the night and it was very frightening. The slippery tiles were actually quite dangerous as you go into the bathroom. Both of us slipped even though we were trying to be careful... A small sink in the kitchen area would have been good, to wash up dishes. Otherwise everything was quite good. The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was small. We stayed in a garden view room but I couldn't see any garden!. there nothing to dislike at all still the best. Nothing. The outside hang out area for the owners is too close to some of the rooms as their smoking wafted into our rooms and the noise level sounded very loud, especially in the morning. It's not the owners fault of this poor design but it does need to be changed to have a more enjoyable sleep in for all guests !!!. Ice cube trays not ready to use. Narrow stairs with luggage. Very expensive on-site restaurant. No breakfast on site. Little privacy from neighbouring rooms on same floor. i expected there would be some plates to use; provide more milk; provide a toaster in the rooms it is provided everywhere else i have stayed - so shocked when there was no toaster;. We were originally given a room on the lowest floor which doesn't have such an oceanside view, even though rooms with better view and feel remained vacant upstairs; availability of a continental breakfast before 8am. as two adults travelling together but not sleeping together we settled for a roll out bed but it was no more comfortable than the sofa bed. Long walking distance to shops. There is no lift, so if you book the top floor you have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We were really looking forward to having dinner at the restaurant which was recommended, but it is closed on Sunday nights!! Very disappointed & so were other guests!!. Was told that my room had a spa there was no spa. That staff gave out information without my permission even that it was to a family member . Privacy was not obtain was annoyed. Fat pillows. The smallness of the bathroom. Nothing. They advertised wi-fi but many rooms (ours included) did not have it; they said this is because of its proximity to the ocean (we think it's also because the room walls are brick). Also all of the pillows are high & hard; they could do with giving you a selection; we would have preferred something in the medium range. There were weird blue stains on the sheets and on the desk near the mirror. The door to go out to the balcony was broken and was really hard to open, had to get two people to open it. noise from laundry. The time restrictions on the Spa. hard pillows. utensils weren't clean. no housekeeping after we were advised it would be done between 9&1. no spa but we booked what we thought had a spa...Room 22. I thought I booked top floor but bathroom we got was not like that pictured, nor was there a spa tub. The restaurant was not open for breakfast and parking was difficult. The extra single roller bed wasn't comfortable. Everything else was very good. We have got the "garden room", however the motel does not have a garden. The "garden" room was facing the stairway. So basically everybody passed you and because the door-is actually all glass, you could hear and see everyone passing. Mirror on ceiling, wall. Flies (outside). Rain non stop lol. Room didn't include a Toaster. Stairs to room. Nothing. N/A. no lock on screen door so that we could sleep with sliding door open. Decor, parking, noise. does not apply.
