The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. I liked the warm friendly greeting on arrival which continued throughout my stay. I loved the relaxed atmosphere. Being invited to help myself to tea & coffee in the main area at anytime even though there were facilities in the room. I felt welcome. It was lime being "Home away from home".

It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so
welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well
equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for
the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing
powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room
rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

We arrived early (8:30am) from the airport and Ree not only let us check-
in to our room but kindly upgraded us. So appreciated! The room was
quiet, clean, and graciously appointed. Beautiful living room/parlor
and yummy breakfast. Great neighborhood - quiet, yet just a block away
are many restaurants. We had a very good dinner at a lively Italian
restaurant down the street. Lovely walk through the Botanic Gardens to
get to the bridge, Opera House, Circular Quay.

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. Location,location,location.
For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.
