Excellent Location with easy reach to public transport and local shops. Some local night clubs were kicking until early morning for one of the nights so many people about and did get a little noisy, however generally we were comfortable and pleased with our accommodation and locality. The room was clean with excellent facilities for washing and cooking. Staff were extremely friendly and were very helpful. We would book here again in a future holiday.

The apartment was lovely and clean and offered everything we needed for our week long trip to Sydney.....right down to providing washing powder for the washing machine. Brilliant!. The central location with good proximity to the station. Helpfulness of the staff - being able to leave our luggage following checking out, which was before our flight. Very comfortable bed! Good storage area and kitchen facilities. Loved our stay at Annan Apartments. They are situated in a good area. Close to everything. Desk Staff were helpful and friendly. We would recommend Annan Apartments. Would also return and stay again. Friendly,helpfull staff.The location and convenience to everything was great.The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable.I will definitely stay there again. Spacious studio flats close to the mall, daily cleaned, close to the station and nice cafes. It is pretty safe and walking distance to Oxford street. Location was excellent-easy access to trains and buses. Also surrounded by leafy streets and lovely Rushcutter Bay if a tranquil setting required. Great location. Easily could walk everywhere. Public transport was easily accessible. Lovely and clean. Would return if visiting Sydney again. The style, comfort and design. The staff were very helpful indeed. The location is great since its on a quiet street of the King's Cross area, but its still only 2 to 3 blocks away from the nightlife. Close to public transport. Free wifi and staff on the front desk who were always helpful and chatty. Nothing comes to mind. Wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I would say is the housekeeping. When they are being serviced when putting in the fresh towels. Is maybe sweep the floor for all the hair in ther bathroom. And vaccuum the floor,. The traffic made it a little noisy at first but I soon got used to it but also it is to be expected when you are in the heart of it all,it wasn't a major issue for me. Fear of loosing the door key as there is no staff presence after 9 and you will be charged to be let in about 75 Aus. Dollars. Smell if other peeoples cooking in the passage way-very off putting-air vents would be good. Can be noisy at weekends but didn't effect sleep or our trip. The area was a bit noisy and there were a large number of tramps around which made you feel vulnerable. depending where the apartment is located can be pretty noisy. Very noisy, the windows need to be double glazed. TV could be upgraded (not that we used it) Free wifi was great but a little erratic. it was a bit cold in the rooms, cold do with new pillows!. Nothing. A bit too busy area for me. Cleaners need to be more diligent. Noise place because of traffic. Not enough dishes and there was no oven despite the advertising that there was. One day the housekeeping forgot to replace the towel. The bed was 2 beds changed into one. Was a bit uncomfortable if your sleeping with a partner in the middle. Nice place on the wknd was noisy. Noisy behause of traffic. Night time noises on weekends. Bedding. Very poor pillows. The housekeeping is not done properly. Keep to improve on that... Pillows sub standard, we requested better and received only one. Cleaning could be greatly improved basis 'serviced suites' as advertised. Windows only single glazed and as premises close to busy road it was quite noisy at times. I didn't like the fact we had two beds pushed together and the fact that our room was not cleaned everyday. They didn't really clean the room. They basically just fixed the bed and gave new towels. A bit noisy. It was incredibly noisy - from the street outside - buses, cars, honking horns, drunken revellers. Particularly bad at the weekend. Windows hadn't been cleaned in months. Room is only cleaned once a week, not done very well and not done very well between visitors. I found food under te fridge and inside the shower was had loads of limescale and mouldy. Pillows were cheap synthetic from the bargain range at Kmart and were very uncomfortable. how anyone could rate this as 4 star is a joke...the room smelt, its on a roundabout you cant sleep sirens and traffic all night,cables for tv nailed across the carpet,furniture and décor old and dated,booked out after 1 night,moved to a hotel close by....a very bad experience...
