  This hotel is very modern and e trembly we'll equipped. It has all the facilities one could expect and more. There are two pools adjacent to each other, one open air and the other covered. The bed we used was super comfortable and the air conditioning was extremely quiet even when working hard.   Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day!
