The apartment was great, perfect for our family with teenage kids; modern and clean. The location was very handy with a variety of eateries so near and the beach across the road Supermarkets and cinemas are within an easy walking distance too. Great location, both to beach and shopping. We were travelling with older family members and although the weather was terrible, proximity to clubs, buslines and shops was invaluable. Loved the apt layout and aspect. Balcony vies were great.

The room layout and amazing sea views from every room along with the location. The apartment was top class and I just lived the kitchen. We ate in more than we ate out, it was so good!. Great value for money. Great location. Great room. When we were leaving and the office was unattended, the man mopping the floor was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We loved the location, the very helpful reception staff and the great view of the beach and Gold Coast! Thank you very much Queensland - the weather was perfect!. The view was fantastic. Close to everything beach, shopping, food and coffee shops. Very friendly amd helpful staff. Most luxurious place ive stayed at. Loved the ocean views from all windows. Very quiet, easy access to restaurants and beach. Beautiful bush walk seeing the brush turkeys and lizard. Our stay at reflection was absolutely delightful. It gave us everything we dreamed of for our special occasion. We couldn't fault anything, thanks. I liked all of the above and the ability to ring and make arrangements to book in after hours without any hassles, staff were polite and helpful. The room was amazing, it had the best views, was very spacious, had a nice big patio, was close to all the cafes. It couldn't have been better. location,the apartment itself,safe parking facility,staff friendly and helpful,restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Perfect location for a quiet comfortable holiday. The unit was amazing, a great value for money. The fabulous views from both bedrooms and the lounge room, and that is was spacious and modern. Was a great weekend, got upgraded to the penthouse, will be back staff and location was amazing. We have stayed here before the location and beautiful views from your balcony are amazing. Wonderful views, great sized apartment. Layout of apartment was wonderful. Good variety of kitchen aids. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a problem with the pool's heating so it was too cold for swimming. Very little. One small thing is that if one is expected to leave all cutlery & crockery in a clean state, perhaps something more than just a 'starter pack' of detergent would be appreciated. On a Friday night there is a bit of noise from young ones hanging around the street but it became quiet after 1am. Leaving. That we could not stay longer!!!!. I would have liked to use the sauna and steam room but it was closed bit disappointed we didnt have the opportunity to use those facilities. Nothing. We have no complaints. I didn't like having to leave earlier then expected, due to a medical issue with my mother in Brisbane. I didn't like the fact we only stayed 2 nights, could have stayed a lot longer. no wifi in the room. Only cable provided for laptops for internet access..not everyone brings laptop around these days on their holidays. Pool & spa a little disappointing, spa didn't work. Nothing at all. You go for the view and the balcony furniture is never comfortable, a few cushions or more comfortable seating, even a lounger (big enough for one) would be a fantastic benefit. the way the unit door slams if front doors are open!!. Nothing. Reception staff not friendly, did not ask if we enjoyed our stay on checkout. smell in underground carpark. No garbage bags supplied Not enough dishwashing liquid supplied. Didn't have any shower gel in the bathtub. Only one small soap in the bathroom and 1 hand wash and 1 cleaning gel for the dishwasher, even though we had two nights. Nothing. reception staff not that friendly ie dint say hope you enjoyed your stay and come again - Just thanks -. onl;y having two sets of keys, when we had one couple and 2 single ladies who sometimes wanted to go in different directions. Have stayed at Reflections Tower 2 and they had internet connection for free which Reflections by the Sea you get charged. A roller blind pulled out of the ceiling when we arrived. Not enough cutlery and crockery. No television in main bedroom Advertised heated pool but isn't. Nothing. Please put a good fry pan in the unit!. disappointed the pool wasn't heated as this was one of the reasons we chose your apartments so one of our colleagues wasn't very happy. Apartment 2002 had unclean floors,seemed to be a fine layer of black dust, dirty utensils in draws, broken kitchen tap which fell off when in use,hot water tap didn't work for making tea or coffee,2 of the showers released water out into main bathroom floors very slippery and messy (design fault). Bench tops in kitchen badly marked and looked uninviting. These above items let the weekend down and I wouldn't stay in that apartment again.
