  When we arrived I asked if twin beds were booked. She said queen and divan . I thought that was a bit rich having to stay on divan. I had told my friend I usually stay at Mooloolaba as the screen showed the one at Mooloolaba. She then said they could make king into twin. We had booked I bed twin apt. When we came back at 4.30pm. So great stay. - I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

  The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Medina is in a great location and we will definately be back. - I liked the friendly efficient staff, the excellent facilities and the closeness to the City.

  This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds.   酒店的位置很棒，唐人街中心，隔壁是华人博物馆，门口还有个大牌坊，很有feel啊。去墨尔本市中心各处都可以用走的就能到。酒店房间不大，也算五脏俱全，还热心的提供去机场的建议并帮我们叫了出租车，看我们人多定了wagon，价格不变，酒店去机场用了53aud，人多就比skybus便宜了。值得一提的是，我在预订的每一个酒店都提到了我是蜜月旅行，只有punthill给我准备了惊喜巧克力，谢谢！ - 我们是两对夫妇，预订了一套两卧室公寓，住得非常舒服。房间设施很齐全，有厨房、洗衣机等，非常生活化；酒店位置就在中国城，对面是Chinese Museum，出去一条街有很多餐馆，距离悉尼购物中心也不远，交通方便。

  This apartment included a full kitchen which I didn't expect - even a dishwasher, oven & Microwave. My husband was ill on the day we were leaving and the staff allowed us to keep our room for longer (free of charge).
