great stay. -
I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . The beds were probably the most comfortable we had slept in over the 5
weeks we were away. The staff were very friendly and the manager went
out of his way to help solve an issue I had with my myki card. He was
also a valuable source of information on what to do in Melbourne

clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is close to Casino and night
life, within 10 minutes by walking. They provided discount parking ($10

Very friendly,informative staff. We were served by Lisa on arrival & departure,Great!!! Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great central location with great access to trams and short walk to the central City. Pool and gym area are a hidden treasure!! Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. My girls loved the pancake machine!! Thanks Oaks on Market for making our stay memorable!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the River View room, and were delighted with the views.

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Punthill in Chinatown. They were just fantastic...nothing was too much for them and they were incredibly helpful at all times. They really showed what good service is about. I have stayed in hotels and apartments all around the world and they rate at the top end of my experience. This apartment included a full kitchen which I didn't expect - even a dishwasher, oven & Microwave. My husband was ill on the day we were leaving and the staff allowed us to keep our room for longer (free of charge). They also allowed us to store our luggage until we were ready to leave. -
