The villa is right in the center of the port cample. It comes with brand new facilities, clean and spacious room. The two bedroom villa has two bath room on each floor and a balcony on the second floor. The restaurant is right cross the street with you can have nice oyster. And there is a small beach in front of the entrance of hotel. Recommend someone want to find a hotel close to 12 apostles sicne it just 10 mins drive.

It was clean and the location to the centre of town was good. No elevator so you need to haul suitcases up stairs. Location and that it accommodated two couples with their own private facilities in the one apartment. Proximity to the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles. Spaciousness of rooms. Well-equipped rooms. Great location, spacious, well appointed for a family. Very helpful and friendly manager. The layout was awesome for a short stay or a long stay! Don't think twice book now!. Best sofa bed I have slept on! Perfect for access to 12 Apostles, Gibsons Steps etc. Spacious, Clean, cheap, right on the beach. Location. It was okay. Staff on reception need to be replaced if it was my business. The lighting outside kept up the famiky for hours which was annoying. The checkout time is 10am. Only 2 pillows for 2 of us (one each) and very flat Bed not too comfy Blanket and comforter, not doona (duvet) so not warm enough in winter Towels very small. We would have liked a couple of bedside lamps!. No air con in bedroom. No separate door to bathroom. Cobwebs in ceiling corners. no sheets for foldout couch not enough blankets only two dining chairs for four people broken shower head Bathroom door did not close properly. Nothing!. We don't know how to use the washing machine. Maybe you can show us or write something for us. I leaved message asking for two single bed, but when I arrived, it is a twin bed instead,. Postage stamp size TV. Rather stark furnishings. The tiny CRT television set. The bedroom was too small and we had to edge around the bed. No washing machine facility. Only one set of towels provided despite it being a spa unit. It would have been great to have access to a drink / confectionry machine as limited facilities after 5:00 pm in township. No view but since back row of villas couldn't be helped. As we were travelling in a big group, we were unable to charge our mobiles. As we were charging , we had a power trip. We were informed not to charge all mobiles at the same time. Nothing. Pillows were a bit ordinary. Quite noisy in the lounge room on the sofa. A lot of noise from neighbours. Nothing. The layout for access via metal stairs from a ground floor garage, created a lot of noise when the people on the apartment above entered and exited their apartment. Also noise from the apartment carried very easily, which did not make for a good nights sleep. Dated and worn furniture, small tv and fuzzy picture, Cobwebs in Kitchen, Give the owner his due - he advised that he had just taken over the business so we would like to see Sea Foam Villas in approx. 12 months to see what improvements have been made. No separate access to bedroom, had to go through the bathroom. Lack of privacy!. Bedroom was very small, spa was very small. We arrived about 7.00pm and the key was left in the apartment but nothing on how we could access the internet. At least one light globe in all of the rooms needed to be replaced and the blinds in the living area are falling apart. Overall very disappointing.
