My parents were visiting from the Uk and I picked the Port campbell parkview motel, apartments to stay. the staff were fantastic and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. one of the staff members even offered to provide our group with her daughters umbrella to protect us from the rain. i would definately recommend these apartments to anyone. We were very happy with everything here. great place to stay and so close to the Apostles. The staff know exactly what places to go and provide yo.
所有评语 » It was the only accomodation in the Great Ocean Road that gave us free Wifi and self service free laundry with laundry powder thrown in. Greg who met us when we arrived provided us with what we requested, ie hot plates for us to do some simple cooking. The unit was clean and had everything we need. Everything. We had a 2-bed apartment with spa. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Very comfortable. Own parking area. Very helpful manager even though he wasn't feeling well. Excellent value. We could easily have stayed a week but alas could only stay one night. Its tuck in q quiet twon in Port campbell. Impressed that the rooms and equipment are kept clean and especially the toilet. With detail of Bed heater included and best you car parked right in front of your room. Staff is very helpful. Thank you. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very spacious family room with cooking facilities. The attentive staff saw that we have a baby and brought a high chair to our room. Free wifi, laundry and dryer. Would love to stay there again. excellent hotel, has all the facilities, wifi, laundry, parklot, etc, all free. Staff is very helpful, recommended a lot of good spots to us. The restaurant recommended is wonderful and we enjoyed a great dinner there. Service was great! Somehow we managed to trip the breaker for the wall sockets/outlets and the manager on site was super friendly and helpful. She also gave us some good ideas on what there was to see in Port Cambell. These apartments were perfect for us. Centrally located, nice size, very clean, comfortable and lovely friendly staff. Just what you need when you are travelling from place to place. Excellent value for money too. The friendly, personal service that was so welcoming; the beautiful apartment that ensured that we were well rested after travelling all day; and the standard of the accommodation. Our stay was fantastic. The staff were all so friendly and were constantly asking if there was anything they could do for us. Will return if ever traveling that way again!. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. The Lady at Reception was very informative and told us some good places to visit. The fast, easy and effective room booking and check-in/check-out. The low price for such a nice and comfortable room. We were also offered a free upgrade upon arrival. Perfect location if you are planning to start your Great Ocean Road journey from here. Nicest staff I have ever met! The rooms are spacious and everything was clean. Modern design and layout. Two storey: living area and kitchen down stair and sleeping area upstair. Newish and nice furnitures and appliciances. Comfortable living. Reception was amazing, very welcoming and helpful in other tourist attractions. By far the most wonderful place I have ever stayed and I look forward to returning. Great apartment type room. We were given an upgrade, great 2 bedroom apartment, guest laundry, very quiet location, proximity to the 12 Apostles and other Great Ocean Road sites. Nothing. nothing. Too expensive. No kitchen-style sink. Had to use bathroom sink. It's gonna be great if there is a washing machine in the apartment. nothing. We wished that the shared laundry service could be either 24-hours or have the washing machine and dryer in the apartments. electric blanket timers, even the owner couldn't get it to work Signage to find the property could be improved. need to walk a distance from town centre. Not enough wardrobe space in bedrooms. Nothing. The location is unclear for GPS setting.
