Issue with showered was solved within 5 minutes. - It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

  I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 am in the morning very tired from an all night flight. I explained my circumstances and they were very understanding. They checked vacant/non-smoking rooms and with a bit of discussion they gave me a room on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the river. All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements
