We arrived at 10am very tired after an overnight fight. The staff kindly checked us into our room early. The room was modern, clean and had heavy curtains that allowed sleep. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The check in was fast, the elevators were always there when we needed them, the room was awesome! we stayed in a deluxe room on the 6th floor and it was amazing and the breakfast is great too!.
所有评语 » We LOVED everything at this Hotel. Our family has decided that this Hotel is our new place to stay when we go down to Perth. The best Hotel that we have stayed in for a very very long time. Absolutely amazing. Huge spacious rooms with the most comfy bed you don't want up leave! Room service is amazing and I highly recommend the Buffett breakfast truly worth the money!! AA++. Loved the newly renovated room. I usually get hay fever in hotels because they are not clean but this one I had no problems! Was great having the restaurant and bar right there as well. We enjoyed the free upgrade to the top floor. We enjoyed the closeness to the Arena, and the show we went to see, as well as the involvement of the staff by getting dressed up etc. The Hotel was very very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff very pleasant. A very comfortable Hotel to stay in. Service was exceptional, buffet breakfast open until 10.30 and staff allowed us to take what we couldn't finish with us. Loved the room and breakfast. Very impressed and I have stayed their a number of tomes when it was Grand Chancier. I felt the staff were very attentive, rooms were nice for our purpose, location is excellent. Staff were amazing and so helpful. .. bed was extremely comfortable, food was very nice also. Love the location. Clean, quiet and most importantly comfortable bed with plenty of room. breakfast variety was great (little over priced but good) Location of hotel for occasion. Everything is exceptional. Can I just say one thing...maybe a toaster in the room :). Clean. friendly staff, breakfast was average, excellent for access to the Arena. nice and close to the Perth Arena, good overnite for concerts, comfortable rooms. Close to Perth Arena and the Hay Street café strip. Clean and friendly. cleanliness of rooms and luxury bedding. staff so helpful and obliging. Location. Week-end Rate Efficient Check-in/out Good buffet breakfast. The reception and valet staff were prompt, efficient and courteous. Staff were brilliant. Rooms were nicely furnished and very modern. Location close to train and bus hubs and fairly close to office. Very comfy bed. Reception staff and parking staff very friendly. Location to the Perth arena is perfect bid attending events. The location is excellent as os the accommodation and venue. Power points at handy locations, modern look, good layout. Convenient location Amenities well catered Use of space. Bargain price for a night out in the city :) comfy bed . Ease of access to city; good rate; very good restaurant. Great staff, very helpful, Bed and pillows were fab!. Nice clean close to wear we wanted to go great. In the heart of the city Breakfast was lovely. rooms,food,close to Arena and shopping. Loved the set up and beautiful rooms. Very central, helpful staff. the bedding was comfortable. lovely staff on check out. The staff were fantastic. Shower Bed Wall light. Pretty well everything. The bed was amazing. The price. Its an old hotel with a bit of a refresh, but rooms are well appointed. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this Hotel. The buffet was overpriced for what it was. Plus we had to pay for coffee at the buffet - assumed it would be included for the amount paid. We had the buffet dinner at 6.30, and while it all was very tasty and a good selection, most of the dishes were only just over warm. The parking facility was away from the Hotel and expensive for 1 days parking. Need a bench between toilet and shower for dry clothes to go. No hooks to hang clothes in bathroom. Soap bench in shower too far away from shower. What I didn't like was my air conditioner got stuck on a higher temperature & at midnight we had to move to another room, maybe, when I called the first time to get it attended too, earlier in the evening, someone should have come to check it there & then & move us at a more reasonable time & perhaps it would have been nice to be compensated for the inconvenience. not enough ventilation in the rooms. ... couldn't open a Window and no solid door to the bathroom ... very stinky when someone used the toilet. no pool, no car parking included, not enough towels in room, no mini bar. Nothing I didn't like about this Hotel...our 'new' place to stay when going to Perth. The gap in the toilet door! Luckily I was there by myself, but for anyone sharing, they can lay in bed & watch their partner on the toilet. Apparently, it's like that in other rooms. It was talking point in P!nk queue. nice rooms but they dont have balconys,,,apart from that all good. Bathroom is a bit open - very awkward to do the necessary when someone else in the room. Needs a door between bathroom and bedroom. no swimming pool. Vehicle access on arrival can be a test. Valet parking would have been nice. The fact there was no mini-bar ie. snacks etc for that late night treat. And the set up of the bathrooms was terrible with the "shower stall" style bathroom door that didn't give any privacy. I had my partner stay one night and the lack of privacy in the bathroom was awful - some things you like to have a closed door for - even if a couple!. No food at the bar before 3pm. We arrived at 2.45 and couldn't get a bar snack even. The renovated bathrooms offer no privacy and need to have a door on them. Drain in shower blocked. The light in the bathroom. Nothing to to dislike allgud. being a smoker...no where to do so. Didn't like how there was no private parking on the hotel property. I am a big car lover and is love to see private parking and know my car is well looked after with a roof over it just as I have in my room. Toilet too eco friendly, no brush, no fan, glass door not private enough. Two singles bed put together with ridge down middle, one lower than other. Lifts carpet was very dirty. Over priced. The frosted glass door in the bathroom with the large gap at the bottom. It did not give much privacy!!. the bathroom was poorly designed, they went with looks instead of practical, and no privacy to go to the toilet. did not refill my mini bar each day. That you didn't have sanitary bags for women. Valet charge was a bit high. expensive parking. the food was cold with no facility to re-heat it. We had to use the room card to travel in the lift which did not work very well. Internet extra breakfast did not open at 6am as advertised ugly area.
