  Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

  Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

The room was quiet, clean, and graciously appointed. Beautiful living room/parlor and yummy breakfast. Great neighborhood - quiet, yet just a block away are many restaurants. We had a very good dinner at a lively Italian restaurant down the street. Lovely walk through the Botanic Gardens to get to the bridge, Opera House, Circular Quay.

Our studio apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

  The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there.   Everything! I booked a studio apartment with harbour view, and asked for a room on a higher level, if possible on a corner (for maximum views). Not only did they grant both requests, but I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. Obviously the views were amazing! The staff were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I cant wait for a - I had visitors from the UK and wanted to show them Sydney. They (and us) were blown away by the views of the harbour, bridge and opera house. Away from the noise of the city, but with the stop almost at the door, we were only a ferry ride from everywhere. The apartments were clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the place.
