  I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse.   The accomodation was very comfortable and a fairly short walk to the beach. There was a good variety of restaurants/shopping facilities near the hotel. The hotel ownrs were very pleasant and helpful and happy to make suggestions regarding where to eat and what to do etc. The free internet access was a good bonus too. Free laundry room located on the premises. Swimming pool which was at the front of the motel behind a high brick fence for privacy which was good. Quiet with a close proximity to everything needed, bakery, chemist, supermarket. Hotel at the end of the road Hoey Moey? Had meals for $8.50 which were good quality and serving size.
