The accomodation was very comfortable and a fairly short walk to the beach. There was a good variety of restaurants/shopping facilities near the hotel. The hotel ownrs were very pleasant and helpful and happy to make suggestions regarding where to eat and what to do etc. The free internet access was a good bonus too. We received an excellent cooked breakfast, delivered to our room. I would definitely recommend Royal Palms to others.
所有评语 » Good clean and quite large room. Friendly couple running the motel. Free laundry room located on the premises. Swimming pool which was at the front of the motel behind a high brick fence for privacy which was good. Quiet with a close proximity to everything needed, bakery, chemist, supermarket. Hotel at the end of the road Hoey Moey? Had meals for $8.50 which were good quality and serving size. Royal Palms Motor Inn was an absolute pleasure to stay at, in the most ideal location and special mention to owners/staff who were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, warm, hospitable and just a pleasure to deal with and most importantly, rooms were comfortable and very clean! Highly recommend. Coffs Harbour is our new favourite holiday getaway location - stunning. Good old-fashioned motel but there's nothing wrong with that and there was nothing wrong at all at the Royal Palms. Nice touch was breakfast delivered to your door.All facilities were working;A/C TV etc. Room was large and clean; would def. stay again if in area. Motel dated but very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet, off highway but convenient to shopping and meals. Will stay again. The owners were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and had everything we expected. The children thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful clean pool. Was extremely happy with everything, we will be booking in again for nxt yr as we will be travelling to coffs for annual Aerobic sport competetion. The room was large enough for two adults and 2 kids and eveything worked such as the a/c and tv. The room was clean and tidy. Great motel,close to shopping centre.Only stayed one night,but I would definitely have stayed longer.Highly recommended. Small shopping centre within metres (sells milk - see next comment!). Fantastic location and price for an overnight stay. No bunk beds - had two queen beds in one room. Very clean and tidy - only stayed for one night will driving on a long trip. Very comfortable beds. Location, the guy on reception he was able to give very good directions to where we needed to go. Large group of noisy kids playing in the courtyard was a bit off putting. Nothing. Nothing at all. We asked for an extra portion of milk for coffee and were told there was only enough for one per room until the next time the milkman came... Air con was a little loud as it is an older style unit. Car parking area was too small for the number of guest rooms, or too many vehicles were allowed in. I had to park my car on the road and had it bombarded with food during the night. we would have liked a small table to sit at, a 2 seater would have been great. It was all good. No problem. No complaints. Nothing. Nothing. Staff not so attentive at reception. One time the gentleman was on the phone and left the screen door locked while I waited outside; another time when ringing bell, there was no response and I had to search the rooms being services to find the reception staff. The bed was a little uncomfortable, being a bit too soft, giving us both sore backs each morning. Nothing. There was nothing i disliked. - nothing comes to my mind right now :). Nothing. The noisy guests who sat outside and smoked and talked til quite late. The only thing outstanding enough to mention was that the balcony rails were to low and visitors ere always told that when they came. Ground floor rooms a little noisy due to proximity to carpark. car parks a little small ok for small car but not 4 wd. Not very big, would not stay more than one night. TV located at a very odd place in the room. Hard to view unless standing right in front of it. Toilet cistern was leaking all the time. Reported problem to staff on day 2/3. Poor lighting in one corner. nothing. noisy motorbikes staying at motel. motel run out of milk on the second day of our stay. Rooms are very dark.
