  The apartments are located on very well ept grounds and nice and private extremely pleasant indeed. the paratmetnitself was well appointed had wahing machine and dryer full kitchen nice iittle balcony with table and chairs overal it was very pleasant indeed. The young lady in the offcie was terrific. For some reason my consoe in the car would not ... 别人怎么说 » open to get my GPS so I( had to ask how to get smewhere. More than advising go here and there, she arrnaged for a printed step by step directions and - Great location, close to Canberra main attractions (Old and New Parliament House; National Gallery; National Library; Lake Burley Griffin). Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Homely feel. Very close to a precinct with good restaurants, bar, supermarket etc. Felt like a place one could stay for two weeks and have a real holiday!

  The staff were exceptional. I had arrived in Canberra around 8am. I called into the Mantra at 10am asking if we could get an early check in. We had booked 2 rooms so I asked if we could be near each other. Not only did we get an early check of 12.30pm but also got a free upgrade with rooms side by side. We were very happy and appreciate the excell... 别人怎么说 » ent customer service Thanx again Mantra in Northbourne!!! - We liked this hotel a lot: very nicely furnished and equipped; friendly and helpful staff. We particularly appreciated that the room had crockery and cutlery and a decent table with two chairs, in addition to tea and coffee-making facilities. This made it very comfortable to have breakfast in the room with things we bought from a supermarket the day before. Excellent bathroom, too.
