Despite the fact that our apartment was around the corner from the main building, room service was available (although we didn't try it). Extras included abundant parking, and a lovely outside grassed area. The hotel also offers gym usage for a fee at Rydges just down the road.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were non-intrusive. We thought we had a really great time. We were pleased with so many restaurants and ate at a different place each night. Not an issue to come back after due to close proximity of them all.

  Reception staff - very friendly at each encounter. I was welcomed with unsolicited suggestions and free maps - very nice touch you would normally only see in a small country town. I am not that fussy but . . . I find dry irons in hotel rooms very frustratingly ineffective and a statement of mistrust. Breakfast buffet was very, very reasonably priced - didn't feel any urge to over-eat just to get my mone - My wife fell and broke her arm 3 hours after we arrived; I was diagnosed with DVT 3 days later. We had to extend our stay by 3 days as doctopr would not allow me to drive home. Staff was very helpful indeed in finding another room for us for 3 days even though the hotel was heavily booked. Could not speak more highly of the staff. Also good to be able to have dinner brought to our room.

That the apartment was serviced daily, even though we only stayed 2 nights, was much appreciated and unexpected.

We were very happy with the apartment and we will be returning in about 3 weeks for another stay in C - The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular! We were so close to all the places we wanted to visit Parliment House, The War Memorial and Shopping in the City. The Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem.
