  The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside. The spa with a view and a small flat screen above the spa was a delightful surprise ! The one staff member I met was very friendly and helpful in sorting out another bed st no extra charge. Great service!

  location - good for young Children to have the beach (estuary) close by we didn't have to cross roads and there was no surf - perfect. Apartment size was fantastic.   This was by far one of the best motel stays I have experienced anywhere in the world. The owners efforts to provide little unexpected extras make this a fantastic motel, close to all amenities and definitely achieves it's (home away from home) motto.   Loved the size of the Townhouse. perfect for our large family with a great private feel. Everything needed is supplied and the landscaping and pool area are beautiful. The kids had heaps of fun on the slide. - friendly staff, nice clean rooms, pools and bbq areas close by and always looking clean, beautiful and inviting. the kids just loved it.

  not flash and new ,a bit old and basic but close to where we wanted with everything close .very clean and quiet will use again - The room clean, large comfortable for a budget type room. Friendly reception on arrival very happy for what we paid.
