  Booked off peak season a budget room and upon arrival found that I had been upgraded free of charge to a plush self catering apartment. Very comfortable, very pleasant staff etc and ended up extending my stay from one week to just short of three! Very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and yet the friendly manner that made the place fee... 别人怎么说 » l like home! On the strength of my personal experience would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone i met and infact on the strength of that already t - These apartments are spotlessly clean. Just at the end of a long main street, great for browsing and two minute walk to esplanade with restaurants cafes etc. Pool is adequate size and the barbecue area at the top would be great for larger groups. Our room had lovely decor, very spacious bathroom with lots of room to put things. There were two arm chairs near the window plus a good size balcony with table and four chairs so you could sit in or out and still have the view over estuary.

The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good. Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff interacting in a very friendly manner.   Although the weather was appalling with days of torrential rain and wind, at least I was comfortable in a spotlessly clean, well equipped studio apartment. The bed was huge and so comfy that I even slept well the first night there. There was Foxtel Premium Movie channel to keep me entertained as well as other choices. By the way the apartment had a private spa bath on the balcony overlooking the ocea - The position was fabulous, the staff were accommodating. After a time, management decided to upgrade our room. We ended up with a roof top garden appartment with spectacular ocean views. Thanks to Naomi to other staff for making my dad's birthday fabulous!

  We loved the restaurant that was joined to the resort Dominicos! The resort is very close to the city centre and just across from the beach is the best aspect about it.   We did not go to Caloundra to look for pure luxury and spa relaxation at hotels, we needed clean accommodation and what a lovely surprise to have such space after uncomfy minute motel rooms at other places!
