We had a private triple room with shared facilities booked and got upgraded to a family room (2 rooms with an adjoining bathroom). Rooms were spotless, had a small kitchenette in and perfect for our one night stay before an early flight. Bus transfers to the airport can be booked however if there is more than 2 people it is cheaper to book a taxi. Racecourse road is a short 10 min walk away with plenty of restaurants to grab dinner if you don't fancy trekking into the city!.
所有评语 » Convenience to the airport... quiet rooms... Staffs willingness to resolve issue with stairs by reallocating ground floor rooms (no lift would have made staying here difficult with crutches). The receptionist gave me a non-share bathroom and put me in a room next to my friend. Convenient location to the Hamilton cruise terminal and the free shuttle bus. location and convenience for departing passengers from Brisbane airport. The Location made it very easy for the things we needed to do. The location. Handy to airport. Comfortable bed. We would warn friends about the dislikes but overall suitable for the price. I found it difficult to accommodate 5. This was one of the few hotels that would allow us to stay together. fit to budget. easy access to airport and short walk to shops. amenities are acceptable. Location to hotels and cafe. Water pressure and good shower rose. Close to airport comfortable and clean. the guy at the front desk was friendly. Location close to the airport. good location for airport. satisfied. the room was okay with shared bathroom. Staff confusing and at the start the girl not friendly as I required her to call for a SHUTTLE to the airport .Warmed a little later BUT too late. Great location, quiet and comfortable!. Proximity to airport. Nothing. Nothing about it was good. Bloody awful. Never staying there again. The only good thing about it was location. Fairly close to brisbane Airport. About 25 minutes taxi drive. I thought the advertised online price was good. Nothing. Location fair. Nothing. Nothing. rooms were a little on the small side... no lift (which started off as a problem since I was on crutches) but resolved by staff. No elevator. It was noisy trying to bring suitcases down early in the morning. no lift to the first floor, difficult for an elderly person (the staff relocated us to a room on the ground floor). Shared bathrooms neighbour didn't know how to use locked door for 3 hours. 1. Noisy cold tap in bathroom when turned on. 2. No wake up call available. 3. No breakfast available - unaware we would have to supply our own food and didn't come prepared for that. I needed information about public transport. The staff weren't familiar with the bus timetable and didn't have any pamphlets. I was going to the Taylor swift concert, it took 2 hours waiting for a taxi to get back. With young children this was very inconvenient. It would have been much better if I knew which but to take. Booking com web site says motel provides free shuttle to airport.. But I had to pay by myself for the return trip as motel declined the claim that they offer this service free to guests. Motel site accepts special requirements. Sadly,motel did not respond to my queries even after writing questions in my booking form. No fresh milk on arrival. No long lifeMmilk in the room either. Noisy A.C. carrying luggage up stairs misleading shuttle info online. that with the share bathroom being so close to my room, i could hear the person next door coughing but worse was that those people got up at 2.30am with alarms and showers that woke me up and it was hard to get back to sleep. Shared bathroom that was a musty smelly wet mess thanks to the neighbor. taxi fair a total rip off.Shuttle next door friendly and helpfull. Stated shuttle free but this was a blatant lie as they charge $12.OO to the airport before 6am only and this was not said by the chap on arrival. Also led to believe they pick you up from the airport as they did not respond to my email.Will not recommend or use again for this reason. Didn't like shared bathroom between 2 rooms especially as we didn't know until we got to our room. Had to remember to lock and unlock doors to use bathroom facilities!. Value for money - ripoff! Cleanliness Air conditioning No hot water No lift to top floor. No assistance with luggage up 2 flights stairs. Room was dirty - filthy actually. Very noisy - both road noise & other customers. could not get into my room till after 2 pm. Toilet and bathroom was shared and the lady next door locked it and I had i bang on her door in the middle of the night to unlock it so I could have a pee. She was frightened understandably so. Shabby room. Noisy, dusty air-con, broken ceiling fan. No lift. No help with luggage. On a very busy main road. Slightly run down area. They had given our room to someone else so gave us a supposed upgrade which was self contained flat at the top of the building. Expensive for what it was. Entrance through a garage. Security of shared bathroom, being put in a room next to a staff member. Having a late check in and being put in a room next to a busy highway. Im sorry for this but I found it cheap and nasty. I booked a room in the hotel next door on my return leg. Very pokey and 1970s. Cleanliness and mosquito nets broken. the worst place iv ever stayed had international visitor with me I was so ashamed and wanted to leave but visitor said don't walk out on the money wake up call via phone never happened not worth more than 50 dollars a night dirty be a good backpackers that's all. Shared bathroomwith a complete stranger. No thankyou. Wont be going back there again!. A very run down second rate hotel. The photos in their advert are not a true reflection of the rooms Rooms were grubby furniture dirty & stained Bed linen looked unclean blankets stained & dirty shower curtain filthy no airport transfer as advertised no internet as advertised.
