The staff (man at the front desk) was so helpful and answered all of our touristy questions! He had a smile the whole time and made me and all my friends feel very welcome!! We were very appreciative of his patience and friendly attitude! Also the state of the rooms was excellent value for money. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms!. Its was great place to stay overnight waiting to fly out next day. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to navigate oneself to airports if driving from here if you don't know Brisbane well. Also lots of restaurants and takeaway places within walking distance for dinner and lunch. This motel was excellent for our purpose of a late check in and overnight stay before going to the sunshine coast. It was easy to find , clean and the staff very helpful. The price was very budget friendly an I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others. It was clean, and reception staff helpful and friendly. On a bus route to the city, close to airport and train station 3 mins walk. Close to some shops and some decent inexpensive restaurants too, including, Thai, Italian and Mexican. A good spot very close to the airport and city centre. Plentiful restaurants in walking distance. Nicely refurbished, good showers, free parking and wireless. Will recommend and use again. Reception staff excellent. Close to airport, shuttle just $10 for two people compared to $30 for a taxi. Nice restaurants less than 5 minutes walk up the same road. Excellent room with comfort seating as well as bedding. No road noise. Good undercover parking. Staff very helpful with baggage and dining advice. Table setting outside our room. Proximity to shops, market etc. Parking underneath Shuttle to airport. Overall noise level excellent. Everything very comfortable for tired travellers from the UK. Non slip mat for elderly would be appreciated in shower. Some one's alarm going off at 3am.It was eventually put off after 4am. Only just managed all the steps. Nothing. Traffic noise from very early in morning. beds were hard. A little tired, shower screen needs a good clean. noise of the traffic. Dated rooms but clean very helpful staff would stay gain for one night pre flight. nothing. I went away for the Sunday it was a wet day. When I returned both of the large windows had been slid open wide. The room was very damp. Lucky I left no valuables as there were no secuity screens. The room was not serviced so someone had entered just to open windows. The room was so damp the door was jammed shut in the morning and I had great difficulty to get out. difficult to carry luggage from car park to the apartment. separate luggage lift is available but limited. The bathroom needs to be renovated everything was falling apart.... The toilet systern seemed to be hanging off, the taps weren't sitting right and the shower rose was broken. Room was a little smelly with disinfectant. Would have been useful to know about the luggage lift in advance of hauling it up the stairs. The transport of haevy lugage is not easy The showerwater could be a little bit stronger. No lift, too close to main road and rooms needed tender loving care. struggling to get baggage up two flights of narrow stairs.baggage lift too small for average size baggage.
