  Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints.   The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city.   The hotel is close of most importants touristics points of Buenos Aires' downtown. The staff of hotel, in most of situations, is very polite, mainly Pamela. She is very kind. The price is little high and the acoustic isolation of our room was terrible. But, in general, it was a good accomodation.

  Good location. Efficient consisent staff(even when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights etc); would book transfers to airport and tell you exactly how much it would cost. Lots of choice of food at breakfast time. - Clean hotel, rooms of good size and standard. Breakfast had lots of choice. Free wifi and inet.
