  The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had read some not-so-great reviews of it after booking, and was considering changing hotels after the reviews... and I was glad I didn't!   Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  The hotel staff were always available and ready for any service requested. Breakfast was good; some changes in the menu could be appreciated by travellers staying for more than two days. Excellent address, walking distance to main avenues, shops and restaurants.
