  Located in friendly Palmero district so no issues walking around streets. Rooms were furished quite modern, staff very helpfull in allowing you to store luggage and assist with travel plans. Breakfast was more than adequate, showers were hot and WIFI when you had the connection was great.   Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
