Excellent location. Good A good standard hotel without being outstanding. However after a mugging attempt and how clothes were dirtied they quickly agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned without charge. They also provided a free bottle of red wine as a gesture.

Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back.
