  The manager could not have been more helpful, and all the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was also very good with a good choice to help yourself from. Hot coffee and papers all day. When we arrived and when to check in we were immediately upgraded to a King room at no additional charge. Upon going to the room it was next door to a few gentlemen hanging out outside their room having fun.   Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was immaculate and the beds were excellent. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We arrived in our room to find that a small bit of plaster had fallen from the ceiling after a heavy rain the previous night. We alerted the front desk and everything was fixed by the time we returned to the room... vad folk säger » a few hours later. We have stayed at several places in/near St. Augustine and this was by far the best and the best value for money. - We loved the location and the comfort of the room. We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the fact that it was close to the St. Augustine Outlets. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning.
