  the hotel and room were lovely although we booked king size bed we didn't get it as they allocate first to direct bookings that was a disappointment otherwise breakfast is nice and well presented the ambience great there are lots of little things that makes the stay even better such as friendly service turndown service the cookies and coffee tea a... vad folk säger » nd drinks plenty thoroughly pleasant and one of the nicest establishments we have stayed at throughout our extensive travelling over the years a must - Intimate, small and friendly hotel. Staff knew us by name. Enjoyed all of the extra amenities. Beautiful continental breakfast, wine & cheese reception in afternoon and the milk & cookies ( home baked!) in the evening. Turn down service and newspaper in the morning. Valet parking and free use of the bicycles made the stay!

  The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). - Staff is exceptional - every single interaction was positive. Where do you ... vad folk säger » find such genuinely nice people? Comfortable, pet friendly room. Usually pet friendly rooms are the least pleasant ones in the hotel. This room was wonderful.
