I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

Convenient to airport, highway and shopping. Housekeeping very efficient, all needs met by a professional staff.
Great family place with complimentary breakfast. -

I was impressed by the comfort of the mattress, the decent size of the toilet (as opposed to those built to fit only children and midgets), and the nice size and fullness of the washcloths (as opposed to the tiny thin rags some motels offer). I would definitely take this motel again! -

Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. -

This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant. Our positive feeling about our stay is that we reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this hotel. -

Their pet policy. At the last minute we had to bring our dog. Thank
goodness we didn't need to kennel him. We also left a favorite shirt
of my husbands and they were going to look for it. We have stayed twice
and will again. -

Staff was friendly and outgoing. Felt well taken care of, especially when they kept the breakfast buffet open late because people were late coming down from their rooms - I really appreciated that! -

all you have to do is walk across the road to the econo lodge to use
their indoor pool or hot tub. The staff at the econo lodge are very

We were the only ones which actually stayed in the hotel. Everyone else was across the street at the Econo Lodge, which was actually nice since we didn't have anyone walking around or being loud.
