  Staff was amazing - very kind and helpful, highly accommodating. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast. Situated right next to Buttermilk falls - an Awesome place to hike and sight-see if you want to get a taste of Ithaca's beautif... vad folk säger » ul landscape. Only about a 10-15 minute drive right into the city. - The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... vad folk säger » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.
