  Everything! This is the best hidden secret in Paradise Valley. The grounds are gorgeous and what a place for a wedding, coming from 20 years experience as a Event Planner. Get the king room. It is not a room it is not a suite, it is amazing. I have been traveling the past couple months and this by far is the best room I have ever stayed in. It is ... vad folk säger » 1000 sq. Ft. Seriously! It has a full living room, a huge bedroom, awesome awesome beds and linens, the bathrooms still have the cast iron tubs. I rem - The young man at the front desk was very nice -- same one night and morning. The location was only about 2 miles from my meeting site. I arrived in the evening and left fairly early in the AM so I didn't have the opportunity to explore the site, but my suite was nice and had a small patio with chairs which would have been a pleasant place to read the morning paper if I had time. I didn't notice a restaurant???

Was very quiet for location abd the ammount of guest's at the hotel, the bed was very comfortible and the room was very clean............. - Very friendly staff, clean facilities and many breakfast options.   The front office staff was very friendly and expressed their desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were very clean both inside and out. There was excellent sound proofing between rooms and, although railroad tracks were only a couple hundred yards away, I was barely able to notice trains passing. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is perfect to get a good night sleep and to be close to the freeway! Hotels across the street go for 3x more. This hotel is right next to the railroad tracks which didn't bother us. The snacks and breakfast was a nice surprise! If we are ever back in Kingman, we will stay here!

  We were up in Flagstaff to visit our daughter going to NAU, and this hotel is walking distance to campus! The new owners (just a few weeks) were fantastic! So friendly, they set a culture there that was like going to a european hostel. They much improved the offered breakfast, and everyone talked with each other at breakfast, enjoying everyone's... vad folk säger » company. James and Laura (the owners) set that tone beautifully! It wasn't just a place to stay, but a warm, friendly experience! We will be back! - it was in the middle of Flagstaff which is a nice, historic town on route 66. In a short drive you are in the beautiful mountains and a good base to visit the grand canyon. The owners were very friendly and helpfull. They kept bringing us information about places to see like(Sedona/Jerome, which were great btw!) And they served the best motel-breakfast we've had in the US. They even had eggs!

  This motel was undergoing renovation so some things were good and some bad. Walls newly painted and bathroom was retiled but carpet was dirty and heavily stained. Furniture was old and worn. Tv did not work but was repaired when I reported it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. - Price
