  Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Food was good and breakfasts made delightful especially by the really lovely waitress who was always interested in... vad folk säger » our travels. Location was good, near to downtown and also walking trails. Bed very comfortable and all amenities with coffee making machine in room. - Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget- friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage. The staff is an asset to your hotel.

  this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The lobby was a great place to relax and take in the wall art. - ... vad folk säger » Location beside the lake with all the personal ski-planes provided good visual entertainment. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

  We really liked the apartment that backed up to the Alaska State Museum. It was very quiet and it was very functional. We cooked every morning and evening - lowering our travel expenses. It was located around the corner from a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch and juat a block from a very well supplied grocery. The staff were very h... vad folk säger » elpful and the shuttles to and from the ferry/airport were very convenient and efficient. Great stay - and we were there 8 nights total! - The efficient and free shuttle to and for the ferry terminal and the airport is a $100 round trip value. The drivers are knowledgeable about the area with good suggestions for hikes, tickets for shuttles to Mendenhall Glacier, etc. computer in lobby for printing boarding passes also helpful. And they let you check in as soon as a room is ready when you come in on a ferry in the early morning.

  Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Asked them to make a 3 year old's night by getting us on the highest floor possible facing the airport runway. Clerk also comped our parking since there was in issue with our reservation. - Beds were really comfortable and rooms were quiet.

  We were able to get into our room several hours earlier than expected. Staff responded immediately when we needed more towels and the tv needed to be checked. We had an excellent stay there and the location was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.   Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!!   Drivers of vans were wonderful and extremely helpful. They were our only source of transportation. Breakfast was wonderful each and every day---ice cream in the evening was also truly appreciated.   Stayed here the last night before leaving Alaska. Great place to stay, nice room and close to the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle which is great for traveling. - The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, actually go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They actually know many of their customers names.
